I provide creative project development in dance, theater, visual, and performance art, specializing in guidance on social practice art making, public engagement and community arts experiences. I also offer production assistance and creative producing.

I am a skilled facilitator, where I help groups cohere, address, and transform. I bring my expertise in social work, mindfulness, and the arts to these settings. Workshops can cover many topics, including healthy relationships, sex education, and communication skills. Spending many years committed to anti-oppression work and engaged in the lifelong work for equity, I am also able to co-facilitate workshops in this area and guide white caucus groups engaged in anti-racism work.

Addressing the social and emotional wellness of workers is imperative to their continued success. I am available to lead retreats and offer sessions which may include mindfulness practices, courageous conversations, creativity explorations, and co-creating plans for thriving. 

With 20+ years of experience in youth and community development, I offer a sounding board,  assessment, thoughtful feedback, strategizing & thought partnering, problem solving, and general support to help build thriving and successful youth development programs.

Nearly 30 years of experience in dance and choreography. I have choreographed for film, theatre, music videos and more. I offer ways of finding depth, clarity, collaborative practices, and unique perspectives to dance/movement compositions.
